A few other possibilities - Merlin Olsen, Eric Weddle. Julianne Hough also is/was mormon. I don't think someone needs to be devout to count, as long as they haven't renounced/changed religions or been excommunicated.

Mitt Romney wasn't a presidential candidate in 2008. He wanted to be one, but Republicans chose John McCain instead.

He wasn't the Republican nominee, but he certainly was a candidate.

He will be more remembered I think for being the last Republican senator with any balls. RIP John McCain.

Of those not included in the quiz, Gladys Knight may have the biggest name recognition.

That would have been a more interesting movie if somehow Seth Rogen managed to impregnate Patrick Dempsey.

Please, don't call us "mormons", although I can see how saying members of the church of jesus christ of latter day saints could be difficult for a quiz.

I agree Mormons is inaccurate. Smithians would be better. And we ought to go back to Mohametans for "Muslims," this is also more accurate. Rastafarians is fine as is, no need to change to Rastafari. Christians... a bit borderline. Paulians would make more sense, but the Christian label fits as well.

I made a quiz about things with the word "Mormon" in the title, just for this kind of discussion. It's meant to be lighthearted and fun. https://www.jetpunk.com/user-quizzes/316518/things-that-are-mormon

Could I request you taking the 'Christian' tag off?

There's already a 'Mormon' tag, and Christians are not Mormons, nor is it the other way around.

You know this isn't a Christian quiz because there are no kalbahamut comments criticising this, no atheist saying 'I got 16/18, and I've never touched a Bible in my life', or Christians defending their faith and beliefs. Please removed from the Christian tag...

Got a few through guessing which surprised me like Dempsey. Not surprising as I went into this quiz where the only famous contemporary mormon I really knew was Brandon Flowers, only for him to be the only famous mormon not even in the quiz ffs.
