I was stuck on two, then remembered the Russian summer house one - and then immediately the answer to the Romanian one popped into my head. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have without the good old Russian cottage.

I had the region in pronunciation correct in my head but spelled it like the summer home, getting that one for free. It didn't occur to me that the region had a different spelling, so I thought I must have gotten it wrong and missed out on it.
