Rocket isn't lettuce, it's a separate plant (called arugula in the US), and it has no place in a Caesar salad, which is romaine lettuce, croutons, cheese (Parmigiana) and a dressing made of lemon, anchovy or Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, egg yolk and mustard.
I’ve never heard of a Reuben before, having Googled it I see it’s an American thing, must not have made it to my part across the pond yet. Although it doesn’t look that appetising anyway.
It's actually delicious. I quite enjoy the vegetarian and vegan versions, and if memory serves the original type (with real meat) is tasty as well. I guess if you don't like sauerkraut it might not be your thing, but don't knock it til you try it!
I think just about everyone thinks it sounds gross when it's described; however, many, perhaps most, taste one to discover they are surprisingly delicious! The best ones come from Jewish delis - even though they're definitely NOT Kosher!
