Cork is not the second biggest city in Ireland. Ireland is commonly used to describe the whole island. Belfast is the second biggest city on the island. Cork is the second biggest city in the ROI - you could amend the question to say "Republic of Ireland".

You could read it multiple ways, but it's pretty obvious that Belfast doesn't have four letters.

Hey QM, nice quiz, and this is no criticism. Only a small matter but that particular city was Capital of WEST Germany (or the Federal Republic of Germany) from 1945–1990.
