Good quiz, but maybe think about adding more questions in the next ones?

I think 10 is a good amount, especially for the diversity in the cities, not everyone knows about everywhere, makes it abit easier.

Agree. This quiz was easy for me but for those about less globally-familiar cities 10 questions were enough to tax the mind.

Yeah 10 is fine. It's like another way to play the Daily Trivia

Question 10 is wrong. Carbonara is not made with bacon. Correct with guancale. And its origins came from coal miners, not from the wwii

The recipe has changed a over even in the last 50 years or so, guanciale has not been a constant ingredient in the printed recipes.

why is it called carbonara then..? it is widely known the original was with eggs, the only ingredient available to the poor carbonari workers.

The question should be changed to "American / modern carbonara" to reflect the fatty version with the cream

Carbonara's origins are much debated, including possibly not being from Rome originally (the very first printed recipe was from the US for example).

I personally think the Vatican question ought to be changed since the Vatican has a quiz of its own!

Carbonara question is wrong. A new research has shown that it was already served in a restaurant in 1939

I'd remove the question about Carbonara completely, as it's a very controversial topic. There's plenty other recipes in Roman cuisine you could talk about - or you could just list four Italian recipes, including Carbonara, and ask which one of them is from Rome. I mean, the dish's Roman origin is one of the few things people are not fighting about.
