My first guess for saw horse was trestle. You would put a board on the top to make a table.

Level 82
Apr 6, 2018
That one does seem a bit vague given the lack of scale or context.

Yes I tried trestle too, and A-frame

Definitely an Atari controller. That was my first guess.

Ditto. There are a lot of joysticks. That is an Atari controller. Both should work.

Could bullhorn be acceptable for the last one? The definition is "a directional, high-powered, electrical loudspeaker or megaphone".

I think you might reasonably accept nunchucks for nunchaku, and trestle or A-frame for sawhorse.

Is sawhorse an American thing? I am suprised that it is the lowest one. I would think it would be one of the highest.

But it is also the name of the item in the picture

AmyD85, Karabiner is the German word for carbine, so it is indeed a rifle. e.g. the Mauser K98k, or Karabiner 98 kurz (carbine 98 short).

Apr 15, 2019
Nope, Karabiner is the Mauser rifle the Germans used in World War 2, a shortened version (carbine) of the rifle they used in WW1. Many other countries in Europe and around the world used it and almost all modern bolt action rifles, that is hunting guns, are based directly on it.

Carabiner is definitely also spelt karabiner in the climbing world. From a German word describing a hook used to connect a rifle to a strap.

Also, 'round my parts we've always called megaphones "blowhorns".
