It was in Ottoman rule before the genocide and before that I think It was in Persian rule. So that is untrue.

It's the holy mountain of all Armenians, but it's entirely on turkish land. But the view on it is way better from the Armenian side.

So happy to see that a norwegian fjord made it. Sognefjord is wonderful. Tiny roads, almost space to two passing cars. The nature is spectacular. On the mountains you can ski all year except summer. Google it

please consider accepting also peru and colombia for amazon river.

even though by far the biggest part of it is in Brazil, the origin is in Peru and it also flows through colombia...

Wow, there were three Asian features l have never heard of (Negev Desert was not one of them). Tried the Thailand-Malaysia-Indonesia random shots on these and failed miserably...

l thought Tora Bora was near Polynesia like Bora Bora, lol. I also could have sworn Mt. Ararat is in Armenia... but second-guessed Azerbaijan, then Turkey (or Turkiye as it is spelt nowadays).
