That's all I could think of as well, though I'm ashamed now that I didn't think of Marvin Gaye. I also couldn't get past Bruce Springsteen for 'War, what is it good for?', though I knew it was a cover.

Agree with interopia. Most of these are just lyrics, not song titles, so Four Non Blondes should work.

Frankie Goes to Hollywood did a cover of "War" back in 1983 which was pretty darn cool.

How about Peter, Paul and Mary for "how many roads"? With no evidence whatsover, I'd guess that gets more airplay today than the Dylan original.

Their version did better on the charts when it was released, but I think Dylans version is the one I hear more often. Either way I think accepting the artist who covered the song is fair enough.

The PP&M version is the one I've heard FAR more often, and would've been my guess...had it not been for the photo of Bob Dylan at the top of the Quiz. So I quickly surmised which artist the quiz was looking for.

When you play What's New Pussycat 21 times back to back on a diner jukebox, the first time the song repeats people don't automatically think "hey! someone is playing What's New Pussycat again," they think "hey! What's New Pussycat is a lot longer than I remembered."
