Nice idea, but NYC and NJ work as correct answers, but don't count as incorrect and hence they don't take a whammy.

On JetPunk, NYC is accepted for New York state since New York can also refer to New York City.

http://www.usa.com/rank/us--average-precipitation--state-rank.htm says Hawaii is 6th in precipitation.

https://www.currentresults.com/Weather/US/average-annual-state-precipitation.php says Hawaii is 1st.

As a Hawaiian i think the reason it's not included is because the average precipitation across all of Hawai'i is not the same as the rainiest spots in Hawai'i. Yes Hawai'i has one of the rainiest places in the world and definitely the rainiest in the US - but that doesn't mean that on average all of the state is getting that much rain.

As far as I can tell I don't think that's what the issue is. All the sources I could find had Hawaii somewhere in the top 10 for average precipitation over the entire state. I'd be curious to know what source the Quizmaster is using because I can't figure out what the issue is.

Thank you! I guessed Hawaii and Washington first and couldn't figure out where the rest would be if those two weren't included!

Nice idea here. Not very difficult, but the five lives make it a challenge.

Yeah, it was quite easy for this American. I'm actually surprised that some of the questions have such low percentages. 10 out of 50 seems like a pretty big target. My first thought was that top 5 would be a more interesting quiz, but maybe that's too difficult.

Please specify regarding the NFL questions that it is related to the birthplace of the players (At least I guess it is). Hawaii for example probably isn't the permanent residence of a lot of active players as there is no NFL franchise there.

Yeah, really unclear what that question was asking for!

It would be a pretty silly question if it were talking about current residence, lol. Just pick the smallest state with a team

Pretty silly question about population, too, lol. Just pick the states with the most people in them.

And that would still require you to know the approximate state populations as well as which states have teams. It's really not a silly misunderstanding.

“Most average” is confusing. I thought you meant highest average but judging by Hawaii not being included, maybe not. Closest to the median? Most average average? Whatever you’re asking for, there’s gotta be a better way.

Feels kinda weird that there are only 2 NFL teams in the five states most likely to produce NFL players. I would have thought a stronger American Football culture would result in a strong correlation between nearby pro teams and new pro players.
