Hadn't heard about Indonesia, so I just did some research. They're beginning to build the new city (from scratch), but the move won't take place until 2045 (if ever). Java will continue to be a capital city long past 2024.
Java is an island - incidentally the most populous island in the world. The Indonesian capital city is Jakarta, on the northern coast of Java (for now).
