Celebrities by Letter

Can you name the celebrities, historical figures and famous fictional characters? Note: I tried to write as many of the hints as I could without googling the people in question. This will explain some of the weirder/more niche descriptions, for example I literally only know one thing about Betty White and I imagine it's not a very helpful clue to anyone else.
