I don't think El Paso borders Arkansas and Mississippi. It borders Mexico.

It also borders New Mexico, so I will put New Mexico instead of those two states. I guess I was out of my mind for a little bit there.

Memphis doesn't border New Mexico, it borders Arkansas and Mississippi. Washington D.C. borders Maryland and Virginia, and El Paso borders New Mexico.
