I disagree because ''Macedonia'' isn't ''North Macedonia''. Does for example Africa work for South Africa? Or just ''States'' for USA?

Czech Republic can also be spelled Czechia. Just like North Macedonia can also simply be named Macedonia.

Not it shouldn't because North Macedonia and Macedonia aren't the same thing.
