Country and Capital Mash-up

I have taken the names of several countries and their capitals, mixed up the syllables of both names, and combined them into a new name. Guess each country and its capital.
Some syllables overlap with one or more letters that are not repeated in the new name (e.g., land & and = land).

"Pastiche" really confused me here .... until I worked out (thanks to some random country guessing) that "mash-up" is probably a better description of what the setter has done.
