"Mekong" is not working. And could you count "Rio Grande" for "Rio Bravo"?

'Rio Grande' should count for Rio Bravo, Mekong didn't work for me for some reason, 'Zambezi' is the more common spelling, and 'Dnieper' is the usual English name for the river in Kiev, though it goes by a few other transliterations.
