Many of these are towns, not cities. In a state with a town bigger than a city, it's not clear which one you would pick.

And Alexandria, which is accepted for Louisiana and reverts the answer box, is a Virginia city. Arlington is a county.

Alexandria is also a city in Louisiana. Arlington VA is a Census-Designated Place as well as a county, making it eligible for this test's purposes.
