Good quiz but in my opinion - Washington D.C. is a bit of stretch. Washington is the name of the city, "District of Columbia" the federal district in which it resides.

Thank you @Robjohnson for the feedback. I thought about DC for a bit but eventually decided to include it because it is widely recognized (and pronounced and spelled) as two words.

I don't think either that Washington DC belongs here. Furthermore, Egypt is also questionable, since the Y in it is, in fact, a vowel, not a consonant.

Otherwise good quiz, keep up the good work!
