You should change Göteborg to "Gothenburg". The quiz is in English after all. The same goes for "Nobelpriset", even though "Nobel" is accepted for that.

For some reason I kept typing "Estrella" for your little princess which is a brand of potato chips here... :)

what is the difference between "lutefisk" and "surstromming"?

Big! Lutefisk is a fish that is usually eaten around Christmas and something that the majority of people can stomach. Surströmming is something where you will need to ventilate your house for months if you even think about opening a can of it inside. It is basically fermented herring in a can that is usually eaten during the summer or autumn in Sweden by some people. Most people usually just eat pickled herring instead.
