The James Bond Novels

I found lots of quizzes on JetPunk about the James Bond films, but practically none about the original novels, so I thought I’d write my own! Bond is now primarily thought of as a film character, but his adventures started in the bestselling run of novels and short stories from the writer Ian Fleming. Can you answer these questions about Bond's literary beginnings?
These questions are about the original books, not the films, in which some elements of the books were renamed, reordered or otherwise changed.
