Half of these countries are the most random countries for one's with dictators!

For instance take Belarus, Equatorial Guinea and Turkmenistan!!!

Tunisia has been democratic since 2011 and Madagascar has been democratic since 2009. Russia needs to be added.

Madagascar was a military dictatorship from 2009 to 2013.
