Wikipedia also shows Kabul (not listed in the source) having a January average temperature of -2.3 degrees, however the relevant data are very outdated (1956-1983), whereas pogodaiklimat.ru incorporates some of the most recent temperature data. Given the rate of global warming, that can make a big difference, especially when it comes to winter temperatures, so I decided not to include Kabul in this quiz.
