Asmara is in Eritrea not Ethiopia (Ethiopia's capital is Addis Ababa).

Is Sana'a the only capital in the world whose name has more than 50% of one single letter? If yes, I might put it in my A-Z quizzes. Or maybe not, since S is such a popular letter. Why can't it be Xana'a (that sounds actually cool)?

Maybe? But you might get some technicality pushback on that. If you count the ' as a letter (a transcription of the letter 'ayn) then all of them have exactly 50%!

I'm gutted that both Madagascar and Antananarivo didn't make the cut for these quizzes, despite having so many A's. Nice quiz idea!
