However, why did you put a map with ALL british counties ?

Just all the English counties. Scotland and Wales are missing. That way it shows the English counties that are not landlocked as well.

However, Herefordshire and Shropshire are both landlocked too, as they border Wales to the west.

Interestingly there are three doubly landlocked counties Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the West Midlands. Northamptonshire is very nearly doubly landlocked but has a 20 metre long border with Lincolnshire
