In the comics, ghost rider kills God and Satan and world breaker hulk can shatter the universe with a clap, Mr. Fantastic as well as three other versions of him owned infinity gauntlets, I know the description says villains only but the title says all threats and from what I've seen lady death isn't a villain persay, she just wants to be with deadpool and thanos only does the things he does because he wants to be with her, not because she asked him to, with the exception of Marvel VS Capcom 3 but that isn't cannon to the MCU or its comic series
