After briefly skimming through the flags you appear to be correct. The source map I used definitely shows a Republic of China, however the map creator has both stopped updating his maps and also appears to have included a fair bit of false information in his project. The map maker claims to be returning to the project soon but if he doesn’t I should delist the quiz.
