I think you should accept Raventree without the "hall" on the end, as well as White Harbor without the "u". I would also argue that the better answer for the seat of House Tarth is Evenfall Hall.

And shouldn't King's Landing work for the Targaryen seat? After all, they lived there for nearly three centuries, while they only ruled one century from Dragonstone.

King's Landing shouldn't be accepted since it is not the castle or holding the Targaryen seat was located at. But I agree, the Red Keep should be accepted for Targaryen.
