The Japanese government made an official list of about 650k people who survived being nuked, of which 100k were still alive last year. Official death tolls for the bombings are in the 250k range, even when you include long term effects.

The idea that 10 million were killed is for the birds. We're looking at about half a million even if we count every survivor who had died in the subsequent 78 years as dying due to the bombings - still a huge amount for two bombs, but orders of magnitude smaller than this quiz suggests.
