As far as I have seen, these "Country True or False?" quizzes almost always have a last question with a bizarre/outlandish statement, which almost always turns out to be false.
Just a remark about the languages: besides Spanish, the co-official languages are Catalan, Valencian, Galician, Basque and Aranese. Aranese is actually the Occitan language.
