UK - USA is in the Virgin Islands

Canada - France is via St. Pierre and Miquelon

France - UK is Saint-Martin and Anguilla

Netherlands - UK is Sint Maarten and Anguilla

Bahrain and Saudi Arabia border only on an artificial island, so it is debatable whether they qualify for this quiz. 4mi/7km is the distance between points on natural land.

India and Sri Lanka would almost definitely make the list, but it is very ambiguous and unclear where one country ends and the other begins along the line of shoals between the two. In fact, the water is so shallow and the border so unclear that the two countries are sometimes considered to have a land border anyway.
