Schiphol is where Amsterdam's airport is located (hence the name Amsterdam Airport Schiphol). It's a bit unclear, but Schiphol appears to have the same status as other cities and towns.
When Ben and Adam went to Italy, they never actually went to Milan proper. Milan Malpensa Airport is split between the towns of Ferno and Somma Lombardo. It's unclear which ones they actually stepped foot in, so I made each one a type-in for the other. The go-kart challenge was entirely completed in the town of Olgiate Olona (which I found by using Google Street View), and the piggyback challenge was in the neighboring city of Busto Arsizio (which was actually labeled in one of the episodes).
Finally, after flying into Los Angeles, Ben and Adam actually entered the neighboring city of Santa Monica to complete the local liquor challenge.
