The cities are a bit different, maybe it just hasn't been updated recently.

Updates from citypopulation.de's new data:

Enugu has surpassed the 1M mark and is now included on this quiz.

Bangkok and Hangzhou have fully surpassed Beijing and Ho Chi Minh City, meaning they are now the only correct answers.

Cologne is now counted as part of the Rhine-Ruhr area and not on its own, meaning the C city for Europe is now Copenhagen.
