Here we don't get Manila, but Quezon City instead. We also have to name random suburbs for places like Mexico City, Cairo, Johannesburg etc.
Still a great quiz, shame it can't be nominated.
I would say that almost every country doesn't use city proper population as the go to metric. At a quick glance, the UK and Australia are not using city proper statistics otherwise Sydney would have ~250k, and London 15k.
