Thanks! The Northernmost one I could find without leaving Washington was Frontier.

It's possible that Sumas might be further north (though I could be wrong).

When I dropped a pin in the middle of the settlement, the latitude was ever so slightly above the latitude that came up when I dropped a pin over Frontier.

Though I guess this is probably an issue you came across with all that states whose borders are supposed to follow latitudes.
