Birthplaces of Roman and Byzantine Emperors

Guess the modern countries within which Roman and Byzantine emperors were born.
For some emperors, their birthplace can't be placed in a modern country (either because their birthplace is stated to be an area encompassing multiple countries or because there is a lack of information about that emperor's early life). For emperors who have multiple proposed birthplaces, then the location that most accounts describe as the emperor's birthplace is used for this quiz.
Not including junior emperors that never ruled as senior emperors.
Also includes emperors of Nicaea.
