Estonian is one of the Finnic languages. Along with Finnish, it is one of the two major modern languages of the group, though there are other languages with fewer speakers.

The Celtic nations are areas where Celtic languages and/or cultural traits have survived. The castle in question, Malbork Castle, was constructed by the Teutonic Knights and covers an area of 52 acres. This makes it far larger than the already massive Prague Castle (Czech Republic) and Windsor Castle (UK), which have areas of roughly 17 and 13 acres respectively.

It is a historical region of Croatia. Transylvania and Wallachia are the other two historical regions of Romania.

The mountains form the largest continuous upland area in Ireland.

St. Peter Stiftskulinarium is a restaurant within the walls of St. Peters Abbey in Salzburg that is claimed to date back to at least 803 AD. This makes it slightly older than companies in Germany and France established during the same century. It also makes it the oldest company in the world after you exclude those from Japan (there are five Japanese companies that are older).

Istanbul is located near to the North Anatolian Fault, so has been hit by several deadly earthquakes throughout its history. The city is at risk of being hit by a 7.6-magnitude or greater earthquake in the near future.

The caldera is the result of the Minoan (or Thera) eruption, which was one of the largest eruptions in recorded history. The eruption was powerful enough to cause the caldera at the time to collapse.

The Port of Rotterdam and the Port of Antwerp are also the largest and second largest ports in Europe, respectively. The Port of Hamburg is the third busiest while the Port of Valencia is the fifth.
