Tromso, Norway should be included for north of arctic circle. Metro is definitely larger than 50k.

The population of Tromsø urban area is, according to citypopulation.de and SSB, 41.9 k. Tromsdalen and Kvaløysletta are own settlements, and not included. Bodø has a population of 42.8 k.
