Greek License Plate Prefixes

Hey guys so I'm Serbian and am not too familiar with Greek license plates but as far as I understand 'em it's basically three letters at the start, the first two of which are a regional code which is what you're guessing here, and then there's a third letter which is just a regular incremental counter which is irrelevant to this I just wanted to mention it. Also, as far as I unerstand, there are many codes which are not in use at the moment which might/will come into use later on as the old codes are all used up so excuse if they are not in at the moment as this quiz is being made in January 2025.
