I think you should add Deadpool 3 to the list, since it's been confirmed to be a part of the MCU. It's set to release in November 2024.
A few of the movies order/release years should be updated since a few of them got pushed back:
Blade's was pushed back to September 2024
Fantastic 4 was pushed back to February 2025
Avengers: Secret Wars was pushed back to May 2026
