Interesting quiz, although I might argue the following:

1) Neither mescaline, nor any other substance, can possibly be safe to use whilst under the influence of alcohol since it is already unsafe to be under the influence of alcohol to begin with. It might be correct to say that there is no interaction when taken together so you won’t die due to the two drugs reacting with each other. But it might be irresponsible to say ‘it is safe to take alcohol with mescaline, since neither is fully safe on its own.

2) it may be virtually impossible to overdose on cannabis, but it depends on what you mean by ‘overdose.’ Because death is not required for a dose to be considered an overdose. If it can cause harm, then it’s an overdose. You could rephrase the question to say ‘fatal overdose,’ however that’s still somewhat problematic. Someone could, for example, pass out from cannabis use, vomit and then choke on their vomit. Would you define this as a choking death or an overdose?
