Could you accept just Washington for Washington DC? I tried that as well as Dulles (I couldn't remember the airport code).

Hey, I really like this quiz idea and would like to nominate it, but I wanted to check to make sure that you weren' missing any states. I found a few that do have commercial flights that I think shouls be added. I got this info from the Wikipedia pages for each airport.

Tennessee: Memphis-Nashville-Knoxville have Southwest flights between them but I can't find exact numbers.

Montana: Cape Air in Billings has a few commercial flights, and Sidney, MT is the busiest.

Missouri: Southwest offers commercial flights between St. Louis and Kansas City, although I can't find exact numbers.

Kansas: On the airports' Wikipedia page, I find something about flights between Liberal and Dodge City, but I don't see references to that anywhere else, so it probably can be ignored.

Thanks for the interest and for catching those! I'll go ahead and add Tennessee, Montana, and Missouri.
