Oh my darling Dollyfroggy, I got so confused. Why is there a box headed 'Neither'? Are not England, Scotland and Bechuanaland former countries or territories? Why not the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which contains 'and' not once but twice? And another five minutes would have been appreciated.
Neither is for the countries with the text 'and' but none of the other conditions.
I think I screwed up former countries because it's too vague. I had some requirement for them, but I'm afraid I forgot to add it in the description. It should only be countries after 1900.
Love the quiz, but a couple of the entries in the "and" column are out of order, alphabetically. Makes it very hard to guess the missing ones. (St Helena should be before St Kitts and Sao Tome should be after St Vincent.)
Neither the US Minor Outlying Islands nor South Georgia have any permanent residents. "The South Sandwich Islands are uninhabited, and a very small non-permanent population resides on South Georgia." (Wikipedia)
What about Greenland?

And for the U.K, see the second caveat.
Added 5 minutes.
