Which pairs of countries would split the Americas or Afro-Eurasia in 2 or more separate parts if removed? Countries that could do it single-handedly are also included.

Like the quiz.

Would be nice to be able to include pairs where one of the countries itself would divide the continent. For example, because South Africa alone would accomplish this (by isolating Lesotho), but because of that, the South Africa-Mozambique combination (which would isolate eSwatini) is excluded. Maybe that's a different version of the quiz???
