I doubt the answers given for the "all the territory on one island" question. Iceland certainly has other islands - I've stood on two of them this year.

Wouldn't the removal of Malaysia also split Afro-Eurasia into three parts? There would be Brunei, Indonesia and the rest of Asia left.
