Very strict spelling here. Missed Jehova's Witness because it required an apostrophe. I think "Watchtower" would be an appropriate answer for Jehovas too. Also missed Pentecostal because I misspelled it Pentacostal.

Adjusted the type-ins to allow more spellings, should be a bit better now

You missed the "h" not the apostrophe. By Jetpunk law, punctuation marks are not required in any answer.

good start but i think there's some curious inclusion/exclusion stuff here (why Pietism but not Lutheranism, for example, why no Greek Orthodox Church?) and also type-ins (not accepting Christian Scientist, not accepting Ethiopian Orthodox but accepting Coptic and Armenian, etc)

Looked over type-ins again, should be more inclusive :P as for the Greek Orthodox church is part of the wider eastern orthodox denomination. Since its a list of denominations and not churches I did not include it.

How about 7th-day Adventists?

There are several such as the Amish, Adventists, Sedevacantists, Holiness Churches, Assyrian/Ancient Churches of the East, Eastern Catholics, and Moravians that are not listed here, (I'm also probably forgetting a few.) though they are more obscure.

As I've commented before this is a list of denominations, not of churches, so I think it's fair to group both Eastern Catholics, Old Catholics and Sedevacantists as part of the wider catholic theology and denomination as well as Holiness Churches under the mennonite denomination. I'll add Anabaptists and Adventisits, those are good shouts.
