Jakarta is still the capital of Indonesia at time of writing. If Nusantara becomes the capital, no city in Indonesia will appear on this list.
Yaoundé, Cameroon, is marginally more populous than Douala at time of writing.
Several cities (Reykjavik, Victoria, most Oceanian capitals) would likely be included if they had a population of 1 million, but I cannot find a reliable and complete list of cities that small. Also, not the capitals of Jetpunk countries, but Saint-Denis (Reunion) and other territorial capitals are in this category.
