Cool quiz though it can be improved with using the data from a reliable source. Punjab Mail, Steel Express, Mumbai Trivandrum, Mumbai Jammu Tawi, Flying Rani and most other passenger trains in India regularly attain 110 km/hr at certain sections though their average speed remains lower.

If your quiz is about commercially operational particular trains not just service types then Varanasi Vande Bharat and Katra Vande Bharat would probably top (though I'm not sure) and after Gatimaan, Bhopal Shatabi, and other Shatabi Express trains would compete. Rajdhani and Duronto would come next before Double Decker Express.
