It's a wizarding creature test. I wouldn't classify Trelawney as a wizarding creature, so Firenze is the obvious answer.

If you don't want to have Trelawney as the answer, the person that teaches it by herself for the first 4 years by herself, then you need to be more specific or accept that answer. Also the quiz needs more time
