Technically, since every single answer in the quiz is considered to be located in North America, and every single answer can be considered a country, there are no wrong answers.
I understand your point, however this isn’t considered in any other quiz with “country” or “countries” in the title. I think it’s simple what the quiz is trying to do. I don’t think anyone is championing Aruba to be in COTW.
