Royal Decree of His Majesty King Arthur, Sovereign of Concordia
By the Grace of the God of the Holy Trinity, King Arthur, wise and sovereign ruler of the Kingdom of Concordia, to all Nobles, Dukes, and Gentry of the Realm, greetings.
Let it be known on this day, the Morrow of the Ascension of our Lord, that a great and wondrous celebration is to be held at the Centre of the Kingdom, in the noble town of Charlevoix. The Cannon of Scotland shall echo from heights to dale, and through the imperial chambers of Buckingham Palace, and all lords and ladies are called to ogle at and bear witness to this grand spectacle of wisdom and might.
In honour of the brave Cavalier Sir Bartholomew Barron who has long served our Crown, we shall marshall a grand parade down the Norman Pike from the quay to the festival grounds. Amid a cloud of adoration, bowman will compete to pierce an orange to curry favor from the Dutchess Aurora of Bristol. The victorious shall be awarded with the privilege of serving at the side of the Dauphin and the Queen’s Ward, where the Banner of Liberty shall forever fly.
Let no person, whether noble or common, knight or page, be barred from entering the gates of this celebration. All are welcome, and all shall rejoice in the blessings of Christian faith and the bounteous riches of our Kingdom.
Thus, I decree. - King Arthur Defender of Concordia
