If you're including two words: country and countries, then you need to make that clear in the question. Otherwise, most likely quiz is used more than both country and countries.

Also, your fictitious place question is simply subjective. Take a look here. All three places you mentioned are fictional places according to JetPunk's featured quizzes (which should have precedence on a "JetPunk Citizenship Test"). Moreover, by your argument, the "Garden of Eden" located at 7325 Mansfield Cardinal Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060 means that Garden of Eden is a real place too.
